Can I see a space before I commit?

Yes. Ask for a viewing in your enquiry and the leasing team will arrange one.

Is the rent shown the final rent?

It is the list rent. The final terms, including service charge and deposit, are set in your offer before you sign anything.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

You get a reference straight away. The leasing team then calls the number you gave.

I am already a tenant. Where do I report a problem?

Use the portal. You can report a problem, add photos and follow it until it is fixed.
